  • Boarding / daycare requirements
    Dog must not be aggressive towards people.
    We reserve the right to end the stay if a dog exhibits poor manners, including frequent barking, urinating or defecating indoors, or damaging furniture.
  • What to pack when you board your dog

    Optionally toys / blanket / anything that makes your dog feel comfortable
  • Communication between dog's owner and dog sitter
    All communication between dog's owner and dog sitter is going through the Bambi Agency only, including sending photos and updates during dog's stay.

    We are online 24/7 to communicate with you so a dog sitter can dedicate 100% of their time to your pet.
  • Cancellation policy
    You may be charged a cancellation fee when booking next time if you cancel dog boarding or daycare less than 48 hours before the date.

    We respect our time and those of others.
  • Meet & Greet
    You can meet one chosen dog sitter upon prior agreement for free.

    Any further meetings are charged with 300 CZK fee.
